Since its inception, Blackby Group AB has delivered leadership consulting services ranging from small local customers to large multinational groups.
Among the assignments are Interim placements as CEO, SVP, VP, CTO, CSO and QA Manager.
We have extensive experience in program and project management, agile as well as traditional methods.
Our strength lies in the field of complex internationally distributed programs, but we also like to take smaller projects under our wings.
Since the beginning of the 1990s, we have been working with security certification for complex groups in regulated markets. We do GAP analyzes of customer IT security and compliance. We also set up concrete plans for change and certification.
For twenty years, we have been actively working with offshore solutions worldwide and have a wide network of contacts and know-how around what works and does not work
Blackby Group also specializes in operational problem solving, investigations and preparing basis for decisions for the CEO and Board.

Blackby Group AB was formed in 2002 after the founders bought out parts of a former company they had been operating since 1998.
